Churro Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

  • 1 cup of milk of choice

  • 1/4 of cooked oatmeal ( makes it sooo creamy!) 

  • 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 banana (can be frozen)

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon 

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup of ice

For toppings: 

3 tbsp of coconut cream 

1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder

1 sqaure of graham crackers

​

Directions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend. 

  2. For the toppings: mix coconut cream with protein powder, drip on the cup before pouring smoothie or on top of the smoothie.

  3. Crunch pour smoothie into cup and crunch graham cracker on top.
