Lower Your A1C Program

This program is designed for those seeking to improve their blood glucose levels and acquire knowledge about maintaining a healthy diet

​

This three-month program includes:  

1st Month: Four 45-60 minute video calls, scheduled weekly.

2nd Month: Two 30-45 minute video calls, scheduled bi-weekly.

3rd Month: Two 30-45 minute video calls, scheduled bi-weekly.

​

Additionally, personalized meal plans and grocery lists will be provided for the first two weeks of every month.

​

I'm reachable via email or text for any questions or quick check-ins between our sessions.
