This three-month program includes:
1st Month: Four 45-60 minute video calls, scheduled weekly.
2nd Month: Two 30-45 minute video calls, scheduled bi-weekly.
3rd Month: Two 30-45 minute video calls, scheduled bi-weekly.

Additionally, personalized meal plans and grocery lists will be provided for the first two weeks of every month.
