Sushi Bowl
Ingredients:

3-4 oz of salmon ( you could also use salmon patty or smoked salmon) I cook mine because I am skeptical about raw fish, if you're not, you can try sushi grade fish

1 cup of rice

2 cups of mixed greens
-
1/2 cucumber
-
2 tbsp of seabreeze salad
-
1 oz of cream chesse
-
1/4 of avocado
-
1 Green onion
-
Handful of wonton strips
-
Seaweed to taste
For the sauce​
-
1/2 lemon
-
2 tbsp of soy sauce
Creamy sauce
-
1 tbsp of mayo
-
Siracha
-
A little bit of soy sauce

Directions:
-
Add a base of choped the mixed greens
-
Dice the cucumber and green onions and put on top of the greens
-
Add cooked (or raw) salmon
-
Add 1 cup of rice ( I fried mine with a bit of soy sauce to make it crispy)
-
Add the toppings; cream cheese, seaweed, seabreeze salad and wonton strips.

Pour sauce on top of it
