Sushi Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 oz of salmon ( you could also use salmon patty or smoked salmon) I cook mine because I am skeptical about raw fish, if you're not, you can try sushi grade fish 

  • 1 cup of rice

  • 2 cups of mixed greens

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 2 tbsp of seabreeze salad

  • 1 oz of cream chesse

  • 1/4 of avocado 

  • 1 Green onion

  • Handful of wonton strips 

  • Seaweed to taste

For the sauce​

  • 1/2 lemon 

  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce 

Creamy sauce

  • 1 tbsp of mayo

  • Siracha

  • A little bit of soy sauce

Directions: 

  1. Add a base of choped the mixed greens 

  2. Dice the cucumber and green onions and put on top of the greens

  3. Add cooked (or raw) salmon 

  4. Add 1 cup of rice ( I fried mine with a bit of soy sauce to make it crispy) 

  5. Add the toppings; cream cheese, seaweed, seabreeze salad and wonton strips. 

  6. Pour sauce on top of it
