Chilaquiles

Ingredients: 
4 cups of tortilla chips 
1 lbs of chicken breast 
12 oz salsa verde 
1 cup of shredded cheese 

​

Directions: 
•Shred the chicken
•Warm up the salsa in a pan 
•Add the tortilla chips to the pan 
•Add the shredded chicken and shredded cheese to the pan
•Serve in an oven safe dish and sprinkle some cheese on top
•For more crispy chilaquiles, put them in the oven to melt the cheese or to save time you can melt the cheese on the microwave.
